Hello there! - I'm April. A digital product and visual designer.
I'm a native Californian currently exploring the endless rows of trees in Seattle. I most recently worked at Microsoft as a Visual Designer in Cloud + AI studios working to develop and design a new product icon system. Also as a volunteer through AIGA's Changemaker Series where I engaged in reserach and design thinking with a team of creatives for a local nonprofit.
I am passionate in creating through experimenting, beautifully designed systems and the occasional finger guns. I'm happiest when working on collaborative projects, learning new things, adventuring the outdoors, and dancing awkwardly to funk music.
I am looking for opportunities in the product design space as well as opportunities to help causes that contribute to the social and civic good of the community.
